Spring Season 2026 Registration – Please Read Before Registering

Pricing: The listed price covers one participant for three months. If you are registering more than one child, please adjust the quantity accordingly.
Payment Options:
- Pay in Full: Receive a discount when paying the entire amount upfront.
- Monthly Payments: Payments are due on the 15th of each month for three months.
Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied five days after the 15th if payment is not received on time.
Registration Fee:
- $40 per child for the first registration.
- $20 for each additional child.
Practice Details:
- Once registered, you will receive an email form to select your preferred practice day.
- Practices are 90 minutes weekly, and you will have three days to choose from.
Agreement: By submitting your registration, you agree to these terms.

By registering your child(ren) for the Spring Season 2026 program, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Obligation: All program fees must be paid in full according to the selected payment option (Pay in Full or Monthly Plan). Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month for three consecutive months.

2. Late Fees: A $25 late fee will be applied to any payment not received within five (5) days of the due date. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of participation until the account is current.

3. Registration Fees: A $40 non-refundable registration fee applies to the first child. A $20 registration fee applies to each additional child registered under the same account.

4. Multi-Child Discount: Discounts apply only to registration fees as stated above. Program tuition remains per child unless otherwise specified in promotional offers.

5. Failure to Pay: If you fail to complete payment as agreed, you acknowledge and consent that:

Your account may be referred to a collections agency.
You will be responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance.
Legal action may be pursued to enforce payment obligations.

This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable Texas state law.
